Divesh joined Space Structures Laboratory (SSL) in 2022 after receiving his Master’s degree in Space Engineering at Caltech. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace Engineering from Indian Institue of Space Science and Technology (IIST) in Trivandrum, India in 2016.

Before joining SSL, Divesh worked as a Scientist in Spacecraft Mechanisms Group at U.R. Rao Satellite Centre (URSC, ISRO, Bangalore, India. At ISRO, he worked on computational modelling of deployable appendages on-board Indian spacecrafts. At present, he is working on flexible structures and their behavior in outer space.
