Gianfranco Canales
Graduate Student
fcanales@caltech.edu
Gianfranco joined the Space Structures Laboratory in 2019, after receiving his Master of Science in Aeronautics from Caltech. He got his bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering at the National University of Engineering, Peru in 2017 and worked as a graduate research assistant in the same institution for a year
His previous research experience includes computational modeling of composites, plasticity and advanced formulations in finite elements.
